I hope it is better than the SWM they put in Wadena...it is small, poorly organized and poorly stocked. From what I've heard Wal-Mart is downsizing the SWM stores. I love the stores in Detroit Lakes and Alexandria....even though they are HUGE, they are well organized and carry just about everything I want.

It is the responsibilty of parents to make sure that ALL harmful products are locked away or put out of reach of children. You can't watch them every minute, and that is all it takes. Put child safe locks on cupboards and drawers, although many children can open them, it will slow them down a little. Lock up items like pesticides, cleaning products, paints, thinner, bleach...the list goes on and on. There are small alarms available that will alert the parent when a particular cupboard has been opened.
I am glad to hear the child is fine, but that empty thinner bottle never should been where he/she could find it. Better to be safe than sorry.

Anyone caught using, manufacturing or selling meth should have a permanent place in prison. We don't need their kind in our midst. All assets should be sold to pay for their incarceration.

Get the details. The community needs to know who isn't watching their kids properly.

Whoops! For once my "eagle eye" missed a fact, resulting in my question. Thanks for clarifying what I should have seen.

Perhaps she was ordered to appear in court today. We don't know all the details since the reporter, as ususal, didn't do a thorough job of reporting.

Interesting photo, but nothing on the reason for the controlled burn. Not everyone knows the various reason for this sort of fire.

The part of the article about the awards should have been a separate article under a headline of its own.
