It sounds that way because they just want their money back. I am not a lawyer but isn't a plea agreement mean that both parties are in agreement. She she pleads guilty, gives them their money back and she never works in that capacity again. I could be wrong, but that is what pleas are for. It is our system working. Isn't jail space limited? Should we pay to feed and keep her? If she is out of jail, she needs to fend for herself. Sounds fair to me.

Mr Ayres is a very sweet and kind person. There should be no hesitation about his abilities. Also, I know that Lee Rogness is well liked. As far as I am concerned... we win either way. Mr. Ayres has my vote though.
