I have a feeling that this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion.
The hospital tried to handle a situation that now has leaked out and looks far worse than it is.
If it was serious I think he would have been arrested.
As far as LRH and the medical group being the same. The Doctors work for LRH and they are partners in the Medical Group. They own the clinic, so in a way they are connected by more than a door.
I also have to say that seeing people who are running for council using this forum for propaganda is humorous! I know that I do not want this person making any decisions on my behalf!

I have not met a Cocker Spaniel that did not bite people. They look nice, but are from from it!
As usual on here it is not the dog owners fault. It is the Postal worker and Police officer's fault!
Had it bit a child or another person you people would want the dog dead, but since it was a Police Officer you can justify it.

I agree with ranger. We all know that people do not get tickets for 1-4 mph over the speed limit. Where did that even come from?
What this article is about was an accident. That is why they call them accidents. It happens to everyone.
It is sad to think that people in our community judge our Police the way they do. You people just sit around and critique them all day. They are people just like you and they will make mistakes.
Norse, The city has insurance on their vehicles. They will not have to pay $4000 out of pocket. They will have to pay a deductible.

I don't like the city spending extra money, but I think it is right that they step in. The city owns the Golf course. We sure don't want to lose it. We have already lost so much in our town.
I DO think they need to solve the problem though.
Like any business, they need to look why they don't have the money they need.
Is it the mangement? lack of golfers? green fees?
I LOVE the course, but they need to solve the problem. I do not want to see them in the same state next year.

You keep talking about chase poilicies. The Police did what they were supposed to do. They set up stop sticks and were waiting for the suspect. They did not want him driving like a maniac in town. They did that to save people's lives!
He rammed the squad cars on purpose.
He should have stopped as soon as the officer's lights were on.
He is the one that broke the law, he put his life in danger,he rammed his own car,he is responsible!
The Police did nothing wrong. How can you argue with that?

I think that is so funny how liberal women just rip on her.
First off if you research her ex-brother-in -law he had run ins with law enforcement over spousal abuse and child abuse involving tasers. She stuck up for her family and others over the behavior of him. The family even had a restraining order on him.
An outside woman who wants to change politics as usual is ripped apart. If the same woman with the same experience was a liberal people would be going crazy for her!
I would think women would embrace her for who she is and what she has accomplished.
She is not perfect. Her family deals with the same issues as everyone else. Throwing it in her face just makes others look bad.I think that it makes her human and people can relate to her.
She was a great pick! That is why liberals rip her apart because they know she is a threat! People like her. She is smart, witty , tough, and good looking.
You talk about foreign policy. Like Obama has any experience?
On That Sarah Palin is some woman!
