Ok....
First of all stop typing in all caps. That is just stupid.
Second of all, the sky is not falling. Each side would have one believe that if their candidate is elected, doom will follow..
The only way this country is ever going to recover from its problems is if everyone does their part(conservative view) and everyone learns to work together(liberal view)
I have read these posts, with amusement first and now disgust. It really really makes me want to move to some other part of the world. No Matter who our president is tomorrow, they have a lot of work to do when they assume office. In the meantime, if you don't have an intelligent point to make, Shut up.

Somebody please tell me why this is being handled by the OTC attorney and not the city attorney......it's definitely in city jurisdiction.....something smells here.... it seems to me that someone in a position of power wants to make an example of the boy.....does anyone feel as I do?

Yeah, that streaker was HILARIOUS- but not nearly as funny as America's funniest home videos! I love lowbrow comedy!
time to stop picking on Ginger_ale ( you can have your viagra back) and offer my opinion.
Was it Funny? I guess.....if you enjoy that sort of thing...to each his own.....
Serious punishment? probably not- maybe a one day suspension from school but I guess they have sent him to Juvenile Detention Center- If that is true, I don't know if I agree...
Like it or not, it will remain in everyones memory who witnessed the event. One of the parents I spoke to (who was there) said in her section the attitude was: "what just happened?" - more disbelief than outrage or laughter..
If a kid wants to run naked that's his choice I guess... If I was there I would have probably said "huh"? then "hmm...Don't see that every day..."
