I don't know TDog. The piece was long enough to be written by politician or maybe a lawyer. I really think the Twins are rebuilding with the idea of remaining at least competitive while they complete the rebuilding. Why else would they have made the moves they did, like Lamb, Everett, and Monroe. I am really curious as what they will do in the next couple of off seasons. By the way the Twins would have never traded for Cabrera. I am also glad we don't have Blaylock or Rolen. Longoria maybe because he is young but they would not have traded him.

good question and I'm not sure I have an answer. Not even a good quick humorus come back. I suppose one could say he was doing his best to protect the runner so maybe that was the right thing to do. We didn't get much insight of the play from Dick and Bert but other than "dropping the barrel of the bat" and doing so at the "major league level" we don't get much insight. The play may have come down to a little frustration on Lamb's part I'm not sure, but if he would have hit the ball with his bat we would be calling him a genious who plays the game the "right way."

TDog you just want me to say that wrestlers are the most athletic since that is what you are. Ok, so the Rock, Stone Cold and the Crusher were the finest tuned athletes in the world. :)

I stand by the Blue Angels as the conditioning they go through is not unlike any athlete goes through. They just amaze me. Most athletes no matter what the sport, except maybe curling, are in great condition. It still is hard to compare it from sport to sport to say who is the best conditioned. But I hope we get some good response it will be interesting to see other peoples take.
The only incoherent thing on AirForce One is it's passenger.

It may be a long season but it is getting shorter every day.
Yes the recent skid had a lot to do with crappy pitching all the more reason to score more runs. If the Twins need to score more runs we better have a team full of Rod Carew's or they better start hitting some out to score more and score quickly.
