I'm just relieved that the one-parent families are not being blamed for everything anymore. We need to quit using credit to buy things we don't need and can't afford. I just watched a report about a single lady who got a subprime loan to buy a six-bedroom house. It went into foreclosure when her payments doubled due to interest. What the heck was she doing trying to buy a six-bedroom house? Learning to speak another language is the least of our problems.

The middle school choirs always put on a play and only about a dozen members get key roles while the rest sit in the commons waiting for their chance to cram together on stage. These "plays" are the reason my child is no longer in choir. It is only a big deal to the few kids in the main roles, the hundreds of other kids just get to miss school for a week to practice. All choir members are required to participate. If you want to see some dedication and hard work put forth by the young people in this town try seeing the School of Dance Spring concert this June.

Sounds like the moms involved have every right to say how they feel. It doesn't sound like this issue really pertains to "Teamartic321". You can defend your' friend all you want, but let me let you in on something...

The seniors couldn't care less about a bunch of seventh graders. I just think it's sad that the middle school kids are being tossed around so much. So many of my sons' friends are going to Underwood next year because of this. I'm sure the end result will be great, but my kids will never enjoy the final outcome because they are too old.

I'm glad these guys were busted before the house exploded. I used to run a child care facility in a small town outside of Breckenridge. My neighbors made meth in their basement. I decided to close my business and move. I hated seeing my little kids playing outside in the sandbox while next door cars were in and out of the driveway all day. Twenty years ago, when I attended high school in Fergus Falls, one of my dearest, oldest friends was recruited to sell cocaine for this guy who used to cruise the armory parking lot after school looking for stupid girls he could sweet talk. I still see him around the high school from time to time. Gosh, he's got to be in his fifties by now.

This story was updated on KVLY news two days ago. The person who administered the tests was not completely on the up-and-up so to speak. Check out the KVLY website and check the news stories for March 4th. Boy reading these comments, I'd think some of these readers are ready to crucify this lady.
