What is the latest update on the endless construction project over there? It looks a hurricane came through there...what an eyesore. Did they run out of money? I have driven by there for over a week and seen absolutely no work going on.

WOW!!! I cannot believe the candidates for city offices that we are being asked to choose from this year. What is the filing fee? Just curious. Must be a few dollars($5 or $10?). This just seems like a total trainwreck, I'm sorry, just being honest here. Fergus Falls is better than this. Forget being the laughing stock of Minnesota, this is actally becoming the laughing stock of Fergus Falls. I remember growing up when we had REAL people running for office and managing our city and image like Kelly Ferber and Mel Olsen. This is downright embarrasing and I think that whoever is taking the filing fees needs to be given some MAJOR disgression as to who gets to run for a public office, and not just accepting money for a public display of wanton ignorance. There used to be people with integrity and morals who ran this town. It is just sad and depressing.

Thanks. You made my point for me. If Skip is so brilliant why does he keep doing what he is doing? THIS MAN WAS CITED FOR URINATING ON A POLE ON A HIGHWAY! Do you honestly think this man is even qualified to manage a city let alone his own affairs? I can't believe the level of stupidity here.

What's real sad here is that if any of these boobs get elected we will be having recall elections/forced resignations etc. because they will either be too stoned or drunk to show up to meetings or even be mildly incoherent to understand what they're even doing IF they even make it to the meetings. I'm sure our forefathers who put Fergus Falls on the map are rolling in their graves about now. TAKE CONTROL NOW FERGUS FALLS!!

Ladies and gentlemen of Fergus Falls, this is why we pay more for groceries and get less service. It's because of people like this that can't wait a mere 5 minutes. I have seen these "morons" running loose like livestock around Fergus Falls for about 7 years and really am sick of these type of people. They get in their SUV's and don't watch the road because they're talking on the cell phones. Now you tell me who the "incompetent moron" is?

Jim Ayres came to our home and I have to say he was one of the most sincere individuals I have met in a while. He said he was concerned mostly about enviromental issues in Otter Tail county and being stewards to the land. Being great with business is certainly important but we also need to preserve our enviroment. We need more poeple and ideas like this locally. Jim Ayres has my vote.
