Robert Elliot, 18, managed to escape his 1992 Cadillac Monday morning, Nov. 23 after it ended up in a slough along County Road 88 . The accident happened near 190th Street around 6:30 a.m. after Elliot swerved to miss a deer and went off of the road, entering the slough. Wayne's Towing of Underwood hired a diver to help retrieve the vehicle. Catch the live action here.
