A slogging 14 miler

On Sunday, I ran for 2 hours and 6 minutes through Fergus Falls, the longest length of time I have ever run for. I believe it amounted to about 14 miles. However, the route from Woodland Heights to the Central Lakes Trail has several big hills, and the wind speeds reached 30 mph, so I may have only gone 13. I'm going to check today.
The run wasn't bad, other than the Central Lakes Trail having a lot of snow, ice, water and muck on it and on the way to it. I think I'll wait until the snow melts before trying that one again. Temperature-wise, as long as you wear gloves and a hat, running in 30-degree temperature is OK.
As usual, I felt OK immediately after the run. However, two or three hours later, I felt really worn down physically. My stomach hurt, my legs hurt, and the blisters and sores from the chafing started.
I am feeling better this morning, however. And I'm feeling very good at least about the half-marathon in April.
