15 long and grueling miles

On Sunday, despite having a less-than-stellar running week due to travel and family stuff, I decided to stay on schedule with my long runs, and do a 15-miler.
This run officially was my longest ever, since last week, I determined that, despite it taking me 2 hours and 6 minutes, I only ran for 13 miles, equalling my half-marathons of the past.
Again, it took me a long time to get the 15 miles done -- about 2 1/2 hours. That's averaging about 10 minutes per mile -- though I think I went a hair longer than 15 and came in a shade under that time.
The course -- from Woodland Heights east to County Road 1 and then Sophus Anderson Road -- was again hilly. But still, I need to get some speed pumped into my runs to make my goal of doing a marathon in under 4 hours.
Despite the slow run, everything once again hurts -- knees, feet, thighs, calf, stomach muscles. It always takes a couple of days to get over it, for me anyway.
