A setback with the feet
By Joel Myhre

So for the past two days, I have been dealing with a weird foot problem. I went to bed and the foot was fine. I got up and there was pain.
It finally calmed down Thursday morning. But it meant two days of no activity. Given my eating habits -- habits which are really hard to change, I am determining -- not having the ability to exercise really makes maintaining my weight difficult, much less losing it.
I wish I could lose my appetite when I have an injury, sort of the way you lose your appetite when you get sick. The one time in two years I had the flu, I think I lost about five pounds. All I know is that my injury didn't prevent me from eating too much pizza Wednesday night.
Sounds like you might have Gout there,Joel. I'd go to the clinic and have it checked out. Have them run a blood test for your Uric Acid level. If the pain radiates out of a joint behind the Big toe, minor swelling/firmness in the pain area. and/or slight redness of the skin in area of the pain; it could be gout. If it is, they give you a powerful anti-inflammatory drug to take with each meal. Speaking of meals, avoid bacon, hamburger, cheese, and other foods with high Uric Acid counts in them. Google it and you can learn more. Good Luck, Buddy. LA in Seattle out.
Bring back Bob.
BOB,BOB,BOOOOBBBB!!!! WHERE"S BOB?!!! Who is BOB anyway?
