Still holding

So according to the latest scale, I have been holding at about a 10-pound weight loss since I started this thing.
It's both encouraging and disappointing. I have been working out nearly every day, and feel I can do as much in that area as I have time for. I also have been good about eating breakfast and ensuring I consume lots of vegetables.
But it's clear that I haven't lost as much weight as I could. I cheated and had three donuts the other day. And I'm still having a hard time keeping off the beverages.
Plus, there's a lot of travel on the horizon, and travel is always a health hazard for me -- meaning, airport fast food, high-portioned restaurants, etc. I'll just have to stay strong.
Oh, come on! Where's all the Men's Night hype?! Where's the big weigh in?! After the big full-page self-aggrandizing story and all and subsequent drama by yet another riveting blog effort...you know THOUSANDS of people were sitting on the edge of their computer desk chairs daily awaiting the exciting news. What a gyp!
