A good weekend

It may have taken a month, but I'm slowly getting into this fitness/lifestyle change thing.

This weekend, I decided to do an intense weightlifting workout and elliptical run, followed by a long Sunday run. It seems like I'm able to add things as we go along.

In addition, I think I have my eating schedule somewhat under control. I have been consistent on my morning All-Bran/Yogurt/Fruit thing, as well as my healthy mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks. I have even taken vitamins.

My wife and family have been very supportive in terms of making dinners with plenty of vegetables and lean meats such as chicken and fish. If good food is in front of me, I'll eat it.

My biggest problem, however, relates to beverages. It's just hard.
