More to go

So while the contest is over, I still have some weight to lose. And even if I don't lose much more weight, I most certainly need to continue doing what I have been doing to maintain the weight I'm at.
So my weight at the YMCA -- with nothing but a towel on -- was 202. Most of the weight web sites factor 3 pounds for clothing, which puts me at 205.
I went to a web site that based my ideal weight not only on height, but on frame. According to that site, since I can't touch my fingers going around my wrists, I have a big frame, which means my ideal weight is between 180 and 200 pounds.
I also have been doing the waist measurement, which suggests that your waist should be 35 inches around or less. Right now, I'm at about 36.
This means that, by my calculations, I should lose another 10 or 15 pounds to be at an ideal weight. It means my ultimate goal is to get to 190. For now, though, I would be satisfied if I can get below two bills.
Here's to continued good workouts, healthy breakfasts, good snacks, veggie-filled dinners, and fewer beverages.
