Still going strong

It's hard to believe we are already into February and I've been at this twice a week since the middle of December.
While the time is flying, I can still feel each of my workouts. Not pain, but a good kind of sore. It's difficult to write about, I guess.
It's similar to what I feel after a visit to the dentist. I don't like getting my teeth cleaned, but when it's all over, my teeth feel wonderful.
This has been a challenge for me. Working around work schedules and a busy two-year old isn't easy in itself. Then, throw in my attitude on some days where I literally had to talk myself into going. I have thought of many excuses why I shouldn't go, but am happy to say I haven't used one.
One exception was our annual vacation south, but while there, I even thought about what I was eating more; especially because we went all-inclusive this year. I didn't plan to do a perfect job. It's vacation after all. I just wanted to make sure I didn't overdo it that week.
Walks through the sand helped too.
This has been a great experience for me and I plan to keep it up even after this challenge is over. I'm not sure how often I'll see a personal trainer at the AR, but it will be probably be once every other week or so.
I'm hoping keeping some sort of schedule will help keep me focused. It's so easy to lose sight of exercise when you don't see results on the scale. After this many weeks, I still don't see results on the scale. However, I'm very interested in what my BMI is now as I know I am stronger.
I am hoping I show a respectable improvement against these guys. Women have a tougher time than men and I know that. That doesn't mean I'm giving up on winning, but I am hoping they are all successful as well.
Then we all win.
