AN ORDINANCE

REESTABLISHING THE

AURDAL TOWNSHIP

PLANNING COMMISSION

At its meeting on December 10, 2020, the Town Board adopted Ordinance No. 2020- 2 to reestablish the Aurdal Township Planning Commission. The Commission shall consist of up to five members and may include one or more town officers. The Ordinance describes the composition of the Commission, the term of appointments, provides for the selection and duties of officers, authorizes the creation of procedural rules, and sets out the duties and powers of the Commission. The Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Board. A copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection at the Fergus Falls Public Library, the County Law Library, and a copy may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.
