ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
OWNER - Fergus Falls Public Schools, 601 Randolph Ave, Fergus Falls, MN 56537
BIDDING INFO/DOCUMENTS - Fergus Falls Public Schools is requesting bids to install
and service copier equipment. Please email bstoltman@fergusotters.org to receive a copy
of the Bidding Documents.
TIME - Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM local time on Wednesday, March 10,
2021 in the District Offices of Fergus Falls Public Schools at 601 Randolph Ave, Fergus
Falls, MN 56537.
BID SUBMITTAL - All bids shall be addressed to Fergus Falls Public Schools C/O Mr. Blake
Stoltman, Finance Director, 601 Randolph Ave, Fergus Falls, MN 56537 and marked “Bid
Proposal for Copier Equipment.” Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address
of the bidder and the contract for which the bid is being submitted on the outside of the
envelope.
BID REJECTION - The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any
informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of Fergus
Falls Public Schools.
WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS - No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 45-days after the
scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
