Notice is hereby given that the Fergus Falls City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall (112 West Washington Avenue, west door) at 5:30 p.m. on May 4, 2020, to consider the making of bituminous street and utility improvements on Burlington Avenue: Mt. Faith to Randolph Avenue Glen Way: Burlington Avenue to East Terminus

The estimated cost of said improvement is $543,823.03. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is as follows:

General Location Description:

Properties abutting on both sides of: Burlington Avenue: Mt. Faith to Randolph AvenueGlen Way: Burlington Avenue to East Terminus

Legal Location Description:

Part of University Place Reserves 3 & 4, except tracts; University Place: Part of Lots 4 thru 11, Block 1 and Lots 2 thru 7, Block 2; North Division: Lot 5 of Block 18; Part of Vacated Glen Way R/W. All located within the City of Fergus Falls

Authority: The City Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Minn. Stat. Chapter 429.

A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment is on file and open to public examination at the office of the City Engineer during normal business hours and will also be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
