THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs attorneys an Answer to the Complaint, which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property in the County of Otter Tail, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼ of SW¼) of Section Twelve (12), Township One Hundred Thirty-one (131) North, Range Forty-two (42) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Dalton, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Three (3), Skrove Addition to Dalton; thence South 89°03'25" East on an assumed bearing along the south line of said Skrove Addition to Dalton for 120.00 feet; thence South 00°00'53" West for 170.00 feet; thence North 89°03'25" West, parallel with the south line of said Skrove Addition to Dalton, for 120.00 feet; thence North 00°00'53" East on the southerly extension of the west line of Lot Three (3), also being the southerly extension of the east line of Lot Two (2) of said Skrove Addition to Dalton for 170.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiff(s) is the owner in fee of the property described above, and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or upon the said real estate.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim in made by Plaintiff(s) against any of the Defendants.
