Details for Requests for snow removal

Proposals are currently being accepted for contracted snow removal services within
the City of Fergus Falls for the fall of 2022 through the spring of 2024 snow seasons.
Proposals will be received at the front desk at City Hall located at 112 W. Washington
Ave., Fergus Falls, Minnesota until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022.
Each quote shall be submitted on forms furnished by the City of Fergus Falls and shall
be filed with the Public Works Department of the City of Fergus Falls on or before the
hour and date designated above. Forms can be printed from the web site at www. or by picking up at City Hall located at 112 W. Washington Ave.
Fergus Falls, MN 56537 at the front desk. Upon award of the contract, the contractor
will be required to provide proof of liability insurance with limits of liability not less
than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. A certificate of workman’s compensation must be furnished (if applicable) and will enter into a contract for
furnishing the equipment, materials, and labor specified when requested to do so by
the City of Fergus Falls. Quotes shall be in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Quote
for contracted snow removal services”.
*The City of Fergus Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
