1.Default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage that was executed by and among Ricky A. Swendsrud and Kristyn Swendsrud, husband and wife, as mortgagors, and Bremer Bank, National Association, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated June 1, 2010 and filed for record on June 3, 2010, as document number 1075749, with the County Recorder in and for Otter Tail County, Minnesota.

2.The mortgage has been assigned as follows: n/a

3.The original principal amount secured by the mortgage was: $192,000.00.

4.No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the mortgage, or any part thereof.
