It is with great joy that Maria Cin and Jeffrey McSorley Jr. announce that they were united in marriage on June 27, 2015. Parents of the couple are Jerry and Wanda Cin of Morris, Peggy (Stahl) Arkulary of Fergus Falls, and Jeffrey and Jodi McSorley of Campbell.
Grandparents of the bride are Beverly and Vern Yochim of Hoffman, and the late Lyla and Merlyn Cin of Morris. Grandparents of the groom are Arlene and the late Richard McSorley of Hope, North Dakota, and Margaret Stahl of Fergus Falls. Jeffrey is also the Great Grandson of Margaret (Holey) Stahl.
The beautiful double ring ceremony took place at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Morris and was officiated by Pastor Michael Hanson. Both sisters of the bride Erica Johnson and LeAnn Bjerken, served as bridesmaids and the flower girl was Emily Krog niece of the groom. Groomsmen were Timothy Stahl brother of the groom and Nicholas Stahl cousin of the groom. The ring bearer was Jameson Nadgwick a cousin of the bride. Ushers included Steven Haspel and Jereimah La Fozio friends of the couple.
Music for the ceremony was provided by pianist Jenny Mecklenburg, and soloists Erica Johnson, LeAnn Bjerken, and Tim Nadgwick. Scripture reading was provided by Carla Hervey. The bride wore a lace A-line gown which had a sweetheart neckline, beaded belt, and chapel length train. She also wore her mother’s diamond necklace, a crystal tiara, and a beaded fingertip veil. Floral arrangements for the bridal party featured roses, carnations, stephanotis, and Queen Anne’s lace.
The reception and dance took place the same day at the Best Northland Prairie Inn in Morris.
The couple is now residing happily in Moorhead.
