Weichert, Realtors – Paulson Land Company, located in Battle Lake, is proud to announce that Timothy McCarte and Chris Ronning have joined their team of real estate sales associates.
Both will be assisting home buyers and sellers in Battle Lake, Henning, Clitherall and surrounding areas with all their real estate needs.

McCarte previously worked as the executive director of a large Minneapolis retirement community. He and his wife, Karolyn, also own Sportsman’s Bar in Clitherall as well as several other small businesses in the area.
Originally from St. Paul, McCarte attended Cretin High School and then the University of Wisconsin, where he majored in hotel and restaurant management. McCarte is also a member of the Battle Lake Area Fire Department.

Ronning proudly served as a police officer for the cities of Perham and Parkers Prairie prior entering real estate.
Ronning was born and raised in South Dakota. His family moved to the Otter Tail County area when Ronning was 17 years old, where he has lived for the past 33 years.
Both live in Battle Lake.
