A disturbance that included the complainant being hit with a toothbrush occurred Friday and needed the attention of two Otter Tail County deputies. Both parties in the disturbance were interviewed. Evidence and statements indicated that there was no clear aggressor in the conflict. One of the parties was brought to a Fergus Falls address by law enforcement.
