A West Fargo man was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on I-94 at milepost 49 on Monday. The Minnesota State Patrol along with the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office was dispatched at approximately 6:36 p.m.

The state patrol reports that the man, identified as Duane Paul Hiedeman, 64, of West Fargo was driving a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup in the westbound lane of I-94, when it left the roadway at milepost 49, and rolled into the median.

The state patrol also said road conditions were dry at the time of the rollover and that the man was not wearing a seat belt. It is unknown at this time if alcohol was a factor in the crash.

In addition to the sheriff’s office and State Patrol, Fergus Falls Fire Department and Ringdahl Ambulance responded to the scene.
