EVANSVILLE — The Underwood volleyball team’s season came to an end as the Brandon-Evansville Chargers won a four-set match (20-25, 25-22, 25-12, 25-14) Wednesday in the Section 6A playoffs.

The Chargers were paced by Bailey Schaefer from the service line as she recorded seven aces, while teammate Brittany Korkowski added three of her own. Schaefer also had 28 kills, while Mikenna Pattrin (13) and Kailee Klimek (10) were also in double figures.

The Rockets finish the season with a 14-16 record.

The Chargers will now take on Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Barrett.
