The Little Falls Flyers peppered the Fergus Falls net Saturday as the visiting team defeated the Otter boys 6-1.

The Flyers jumped out to an early 1-0 lead as Ryan Buckallew scored a goal 16 seconds into the first period. Noah Tarczon tied the game for the Otters over two minutes later with an assist from Cole Zierden. Little Falls would regain the lead with two goals, the first from Gunnar Gustafson and the second from Nicholas Stevens.

In the second period, the Flyers added two more goals. Mason Doble scored at 2:31 and Stevens added his second goal at 6:40. Little Falls would score one more goal in the third, this time from Gabe Hirsch.

The Flyers outshot the Otters 35-18 with Fergus Falls goalie Ben Swanson turning away 29.

The Otters will continue their homestand as they welcome in Brainerd at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.
