The Hillcrest volleyball team took on Parkers Prairie Tuesday in a Little Eight Conference tilt. The Panthers would top the Comets 25-15, 25-23, 25-18.

“We struggled in a few of the rotations in Set 1 but then started to get some offense going in the first set,” Comets head coach Debi Foss said. “We had the lead in the second set but then the Parkers pulled ahead to win the set. We had a nice run at the end of the third set but we were down by too much to come back.”

Mackenzie Foss led the Comets on defense with 35 digs, while Adura Ewan chipped in 11 set assists.

The Comets will host their first official home game after repairs to their gym have been completed Thursday as they welcome in Brandon-Evansville for a 7:15 p.m. tilt.
